What is the return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item.

EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at help.bucanoparis@gmail.com within the return window. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

What material are your bags made from?

Our bags arehandmade from custom-developed pebbled vegan ultrafiber leather, and lined with our signaturevegan merlot ultrafiber.

Is your material sustainable and cruelty-free?

Yes! Our ultra fiber is a premium vegan alternative to leather, completely cruelty-free and designed to last, so you can look good and feel good.

The name Bucano (Buca-no) is of Scandinavian origin and means "love". I thought it fit beautifully with our mission.

After a hopeless search to find a suitable bag for an important interview and fueled by the belief that women were in need of both functional and luxurious handbags to support their modern lifestyles, our founder Jenny pivoted from her career plans to create her interpretation of the perfect work bag.
